“Do you take walk-ins?”

Only for threading and Henna tattoo. Unfortunately, we are unable to take walk-ins for other services due to the high volume of clients we get daily. However we can make an appointment for a set day and time to ensure that the technician, that you will be scheduled with, can have enough time to take care of all your needs.

“How do I make an appointment?”

Give us a call at 832-561-1873 where you will be transferred to our front desk. Our receptionist will ask if you would like a specific time and day to come in to our salon. From there, we will just need your name, phone number and a deposit of $25 to reserve your spot. This deposit will go towards the price of your service and is refundable if you let us know at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

“When can I call?”

You can give us a call Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. And Saturday from 9am - 4pm. However, keep in mind we are unable to answer calls between the hours of 12pm and 1pm for lunch, but if you leave us a message we will get back to you asap.

“How often should I get refills for eyelash extensions?”

Everyone’s eyelashes grow at a different pace, but usually you will want to come in every 2 weeks for a refill. Some people come in for weekly fills due to factors such as their profession or skin type. However, if your extensions start to fall out in large quantities before the week is over, give us a call as soon as you can so we can get you in that same day and have your technician correct the problem.
